REFUND POLICY

FLIP YOUR LEAF COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP

 

Memberships can be cancelled at any time in the client portal. Refunds will be issued for memberships cancelled within 14 days of the original purchase date. To complete your return within the return window, please provide your membership details to hello@flipyourleaf.com.


Your refund will be processed immediately upon approval, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five (5) business days.

ONLINE COURSE

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the original purchase date. To request a refund for an online course, please email hello@flipyourleaf.com and provide proof of purchase. 

COACHING PROGRAMS

Due to the nature of one-on-one coaching, once the client agreement has been signed and returned, no refunds will be issued. This includes refunds due to missed sessions or abandonment of the program. 

For clients participating in a 4-week program, all sessions must be used within 6 weeks of the first scheduled session. Any sessions remaining outside of this 6 week period are forfeit. This does not apply to sessions re-scheduled due to statutory or religious holidays or sessions moved by the coach. 

For clients participating in a 12-week program, all sessions must be completed within 16 weeks of the first scheduled session. Any sessions remaining outside of this 16 week period are forfeit. This does not apply to sessions re-scheduled due to statutory or religious holidays or sessions moved by the coach. 

For clients participating in a 16-week program, all sessions must be completed within 19 weeks of the first scheduled session. Any sessions remaining outside of this 19 week period are forfeit. This does not apply to sessions re-scheduled due to statutory or religious holidays or sessions moved by the coach. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be communicated to the coach within 48 hours of the scheduled session, or the coach cannot guarantee the session can be rescheduled. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are forfeit. 

Each client in the 12-16 week programs will receive one emergency cancellation cycle, where a session can be moved with less than 24 hours notice one time without forfeiting their session. 

PAYMENTS

Clients who purchased a coaching program using a payment plan are responsible for the full payment agreed upon in the client agreement whether they choose to complete the program or not. Clients who cease their agreed-upon monthly installments before their installment plan has been paid in full will be held legally responsible for the balance of their payment plan, as per the signed client agreement. 

 

LATE OR MISSING FUNDS 


If you have been approved for a refund, but you haven't received the funds, please double-check the credit card or bank account you used for your original purchase. 

If you paid by credit card, please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is posted to your account portal, even though the funds have been forwarded to your credit card company.

If you paid by PayPal or directly through your bank, please note there are often several business days required before a refund will be deposited to your account.
