When I found Amy, I was on my second attempt to follow the FODMAP diet, having suffered with IBS for the best part of 40 years. I had managed the elimination phase before on my own, but had given up on the reintroductions, as I found it all so confusing and overwhelming. You and I will meet one-on-one each week for the length of your program. Each video call lasts about 50 minutes and will be held on Zoom.

But I know you don't live in a vacuum! So we'll make sure to consider things like your home life, work, and overall lifestyle, so the plan we create supports your whole life, not just your gut!

Once we have a clear vision of your goals, we'll set to work learning your body's language! This is the secret sauce to settling your gut in record time!
Once you have a better understanding of what feels good in your body, we'll build a custom plan to help you manage your daily symptoms, prevent unexpected flares, and give you more control over your body!
