ELIMINATION PHASE BOOTCAMP

STEP ONE: I'll give you clear instructions explaining what to expect during the elimination phase of the low FODMAP program, including what to eat at home, at work, and on the fly. We'll also clarify where you have flexibility in the program (and where you don't).

STEP TWO: We'll tap into your body's knowledge to see if there are other variables impacting your symptoms and if there are tools and strategies we can add to supplement your low FODMAP diet. 

STEP THREE: We'll assess your elimination phase and determine whether you are sensitive to FODMAPs, when you'll be ready to start the re-challenge phase, and what that might look like for you.

RE-CHALLENGE & PERSONALIZATION

STEP ONE: I'll give you clear instructions explaining exactly how to complete the re-challenge phase of the low FODMAP diet and help you interpret the results of each challenge. 

STEP TWO: Together, we'll use specific tools and exercises to help you become fluent in your body's unique language. Then we'll use your body's knowledge to learn what tools and strategies are actually helpful to you. 

STEP THREE: We'll build your customized long-term diet. That means we'll begin reintroducing high FODMAP foods into your meals, practice mixing and matching FODMAPs, and begin to create new habits around diet, movement, and rest to help you manage your symptoms day-to-day.

WEIGHT LOSS FOR SENSITIVE BODIES

STEP ONE: We'll use specific tools and exercises to help you connect with your body's intuition. This will help you recognize what does and doesn't work for your body. 

STEP TWO: We'll experiment with the types of food, movement, play, and rest that help shift you toward your health and lifestyle goals.

STEP THREE: I'll help you turn the tools and strategies that work for you into long-term habits. So you won't have to remember to do the things that make you feel good. They'll just be how you do things.

When I found Amy, I was on my second attempt to follow the FODMAP diet, having suffered with IBS for the best part of 40 years. I had managed the elimination phase before on my own, but had given up on the reintroductions, as I found it all so confusing and overwhelming. My request to Amy before we started to work together was to help me define a list of foods I could safely eat, without wreaking havoc on my stomach and body overall. You and I will meet one-on-one each week for the length of your program. Each video call lasts about 50 minutes and will be held on Zoom.

You are the boss of this adventure, so we'll start by clarifying your goals and discovering ways to make the things you want a top priority in your life.

But I know you don't live in a vacuum! So we'll make sure to consider things like your home life, work, and overall lifestyle, so the plan we create supports your whole life, not just your gut!

HOW WE DO IT

Once we have a clear vision of your goals, we'll set to work learning your body's language! This is the secret sauce to settling your gut in record time!

Once you have a better understanding of what feels good in your body, we'll build a custom plan to help you manage your daily symptoms, prevent unexpected flares, and give you more control over your body!
