While most information online is focused on what you can and can't eat, I love how Amy's course breaks down the actual science so you understand how FODMAPs interact in your body. Amy's honest, funny, and accessible teaching style makes me way more interested in digestive science than I ever thought I would be!
I bought the Low FODMAP Launch Plan because I was having trouble understanding how IBS was messing up my body. Amy's course is so easy to use and it's really informative. Now I'm so much more knowledgeable about IBS and how complex it really is. I also know Amy has gone through the pains of IBS, which made the course way more relatable.
When I started the low FODMAP diet I was convinced I'd have to eat that way forever and I was in full panic mode! Amy's course helped me feel calm and confident throughout the whole process and I was able to add back way more foods than I thought I would! This course is a game changer!
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to have IBS to use this course?
Nope! While the low FODMAP program was developed to support people with IBS, research is showing that there are many groups who may benefit from testing their tolerance to high FODMAP foods. If your healthcare team has asked you to complete the low FODMAP program, this course will give you the information you need to complete the program successfully.
What if the FODMAP program doesn't work for me?
The low FODMAP program helps 3 out of 4 people with IBS gain consistent control over their daily symptoms. This course is designed to make sure you're following the guidelines as outlined by Monash University so you will know for certain if the protocol works for your body. If you're one of the 25% of people with IBS who don't respond to the low FODMAP program, this course includes next steps and strategies for building a symptom management plan without dietary restrictions.
