(4 WEEK PROGRAM)

Together we'll design a customized low FODMAP plan so you know exactly what to eat at home, at work, and on-the-go to get the most out of your low FODMAP diet. 

RE-CHALLENGE 

& PERSONALIZATION

(12 WEEK PROGRAM)

We'll complete each of your re-challenges and design a customized long-term diet. We'll also explore other possible triggers like meal timing and food volume.

WEIGHT LOSS FOR SENSITIVE BODIES

(12 WEEK PROGRAM)

Together we'll discover which types of food, movement, and rest feel right for your unique body. Then together, we'll build new habits that support the lifestyle you want.
